Helene Cho
Helene’s professional background consists of over twenty-five years of leadership coaching, training, and organization development experience. She spent eleven years working for a Fortune 500 financial corporation, holding various positions including Branch Manager, District Manager, and Manager of the Training Department that served 1500 diverse employees nationwide. Her last position with Golden West Financial Corporation was Vice President-Region Manager overseeing approximately 200 employees and a deposit base of $1.4 billion. Helene also served as Vice President of the Drake Beam Morin Inc-Seattle office, an international coaching and management consulting company, before starting her own firm, Synergy Consulting and Training (www.synergyct.net) in 1993.
Her areas of specialty include coaching, retreat facilitation, change management, and leadership skills. She has worked with over a hundred different teams to assist them in building and maintaining effective and successful teams. Helene specializes in working with individuals as well as facilitating group workshops and retreats. She has coached over 500 clients in diverse industries and positions.
Helene holds a Bachelor of Arts from Rutgers University and has lived in Asia, Africa, and Europe giving her a rich cultural and professional experience base. She is a Certified Professional Coach as well as an author. Her book, Hamster on the Wheel; Cultivating Life-Work Balance was published in 2010.
June Darling, Ph.D.
Dr. Darling enjoys working with maverick-minded organizations and individuals who love fun, learning, and bringing out their best. She has received special training in evaluation, education, cognition, facilitation, human development, emotional intelligence, conflict resolution, leadership, high performance teaming, personal effectiveness, positive psychology and communications. She is the author of Mind-Bending Chats with Great Thinkers and a self-coaching book, Becoming Artists Of Life. She writes a regular coaching column for a regional magazine. Dr. Darling loves synthesizing the latest research and digging through ancient wisdom. Her primary topics of interest are high performance and well-being. Individuals and organizations who aim to perform well in stressful environments benefit greatly from working with June.

Sally Templeton
Sally Templeton specializes in working with managers to become high performing influential leaders; with individuals who are at a transition point in their careers; and with intact teams to become cohesive working teams that can use conflict proactively and productively. A professional executive coach, management consultant, and workshop facilitator, Sally holds an MBA in International Management from The Thunderbird School of Global Management and is an ACC-certified coach with the International Coach Federation. Before changing her career to coaching and facilitation in 2001, Sally worked in international sales and marketing with Hasbro-owned Wizards of the Coast and Recreational Equipment, Inc. Her ten-plus years of working and living in Asia contribute to Sally’s well-rounded, experienced perspective. Among the dozens of international clients that Sally has coached have been executives from Microsoft, Boeing, Starbucks, CH2M Hill, University of Washington, and Aramark.
