We specialize in leadership coaching mid-to-senior level managers, directors, and vice presidents. Already good leaders, we focus on helping them hone their strengths into signature leadership qualities. An individualized 360 degree assessment is included with the coaching package. Most coaching is conducted over the telephone. Please contact us for a complimentary initial consultation and a customized proposal.

Career Coaching Services

For a more economical approach, try our virtual group coaching. Limited to eight participants and six sessions, not only will you receive guidance from an experienced coach, but you’ll hear tips from the other participants on the call on what works for them. The group coaching sessions are a combination of topics introduced by the participants and the coach, to ensure that the most relevant management, communications, and leadership issues are addressed.
