Managers’ Roundtable: Executive Group Coaching
Introductory Rate Summer, 2012 only: $495 for 8 hours of customized leadership coaching
For mid- to senior-level managers, Managers' Roundtable is executive group coaching aimed at those who want a forum to learn, develop, and practice cutting-edge leadership. A virtual coaching session, participants will bring their own agendas to the call that may range from how to manage and influence change to how to create and communicate vision to how to improve their relationship with their own boss. Other possible topics include:
- selecting and developing a dynamic team
- integrating values and developing a corporate culture
- utilizing knowledge workers effectively
- incorporating innovation and creativity
- the power of energetic leadership
- communicating clear vision
- community stewardship
- identifying signature leadership qualities
Topics will be suggested by the coach, however ultimately the topic selections and agendas will be selected by the participants.
Managers’ Roundtable is a safe environment where participants can gain insights from the coach and each other, hone leadership skills, get ideas for tackling difficult situations, and share successes. For those executives who want to inspire and lead other to greater success, executive group coaching is a unique approach guaranteed to bring you results.
Managers’ Roundtable will be led by an experienced executive coach who has coached leaders from Fortune 500 companies, higher education, professional firms, and non-profits, to increased success in their leadership roles. Sessions will be held over GotoMeeting.
